Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We would like a logo and business card design. Preference for a logo featuring the full name and an icon type logo.
Our new business is building granny flat type dwellings but more refined and a little more architectural / modern.
We would like designs that are modern, minimalist, classy. Happy to look at classy coastal vibe also. Possible colour combo's - black with gold logo, navy blue with gold logo, olive green with gold logo. Open to other suggestions but like natural earthy tones.
