Adolescent girls aged 11 to 15 are increasingly navigating a digital landscape that prioritizes social comparison, often leading to experiences of cyberbullying, isolation, and diminished self-esteem. Girls Off Grid is a specialized intervention program designed to provide a restorative, "offline" environment. By replacing digital pressures with creative exploration and physical movement, the program empowers participants to reclaim their confidence, foster peer support, and develop resilience against online harm.

Basically, we will be taking girls on photograpy workshops, while improving there physical avtivity as they will be walking and hiking mountains and lanscapes to find their best pictures
