We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create five (5) high impact billboard designs using the provided helicopter photos and Tampa/St. Pete Beach background photos. The helicopter images were NOT taken over Tampa, so the designer must realistically composite the helicopter and Feet POV into the Tampa skyline scenes. The final images must look authentic, natural, and professionally blended, not like a cheap Photoshop cutout. These designs will be used for a real billboard advertising campaign, so realism and visual impact are essential.

Required Scenes (5 Total):

4. Beach Background + Helicopter Front (You can use the Beach/Helicopter picture as provided since that photo was taken in the correct scene)

Some designs must include the feet outside POV image.

(You will design five billboards, but these seven options are provided so you can choose the strongest matches for each scene.)

Deliverables:
• Five (5) billboard ready designs
• High resolution JPEG files in the exact required pixel dimensions
• Layered PSD files for future edits
• Consistent branding across all designs

Important Notes:
• The helicopter must look like it belongs in the scene. Correct lighting, shadows, and scale are essential.
• Designs should feel premium, exciting, and tourism oriented.
• This project is for a real billboard campaign, so quality must be top tier.

Your final artwork must match the exact pixel dimensions required by the billboard units. These are absolute pixel sizes and must be delivered 1:1 — no scaling, no DPI adjustments.

Billboard Size Option 1: 14' x 48' Digital Bulletin
• Display Resolution: 208 px (height) × 720 px (width)
• Mechanical/Artwork Size: 208 px × 720 px
• File Format: JPEG
• Color Mode: sRGB
• Bright white backgrounds are discouraged; if used, target R235 / G235 / B235 (“broadcast safe white”).
• File must be delivered at exact resolution (1:1 pixel ratio).

Billboard Size Option 2: 10'6" x 36' Digital Bulletin
• Display Resolution: 160 px (height) × 544 px (width)
• Mechanical/Artwork Size: 160 px × 544 px
• File Format: JPEG
• Color Mode: sRGB
• Same broadcast safe white recommendation applies.
• Must be delivered at exact resolution (1:1 pixel ratio).
Designers may create layouts for either size, but the final deliverables must be exported in the correct pixel dimensions for the selected unit.
