Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a revamped logo for my sitework construction company. We are general contractors who do all the ground work before any buildings are built in the residential and commercial industry. I want the new design to be bold, crisp, yet simple and easy to read. I want to stand out in the industry, NO cartoony looks! Our colors right now are green and black. I want something that when you see it once you remember it.
