Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I currently have a company logo, but it's tired of worn in my opinion. I'm looking for something new, current, trendy and professionally appealing. You would be creating a logo for a property management company that specializes in placing low income families into single family rental homes owned by out of state and out of the country investors. Our goal is to find qualified tenants in a well maintained property while maximizing rate of return for our clients. I am attaching a copy of our current logo, which has worked for us, but I'm looking for new ideas and many different logo variations. Please feel free to think outside the box and create whatever comes to mind! Thank you!
