We are an IT consulting company (Wobbit) based in Germany and are looking for a professional, modern and scalable WordPress website design INCLUDING full coding (WordPress theme/template).
IMPORTANT:
We do NOT want only a design (eg Photoshop files).
We want a fully working, coded WordPress website that we can host and manage ourselves.
The uploaded files (PowerPoint, HTML, logo) are ONLY for rough orientation.
They do NOT represent the final structure but give an idea of our visual style.

Additional update regarding interactions, hover effects and animations:
HOVER EFFECTS
We would like to include subtle and modern hover effects across the website:
Cards (eg Open Positions, Projects): → slight green glow on hover → minimal lift effect (approx. 2–4px)
Navigation (header): → hover color should be green (NOT orange)
Footer links (Imprint, Privacy, Terms): → slightly brighter on hover
Social icons (LinkedIn, XING, Freelancermap): → subtle glow and slight scale on hover
IMPORTANT: All hover effects must be consistent, clean and not exaggerated.
ACTIVE STATE (VERY IMPORTANT)
Navigation elements must clearly show when they are active (current page).
This applies to:
Header navigation footer left
Behavior:
Active links should remain highlighted (eg green color and/or subtle underline) Users should always clearly see which page they are currently on
IMPORTANT: Active and hover states must be visually consistent across the entire website.
ANIMATIONS / MICRO INTERACTIONS
The website should not feel static.
We would like subtle and professional animations, such as:
smooth transitions between elements minimal background movement (very subtle) soft UI interactions
IMPORTANT: No heavy, flashy or distracting animations.
The goal is a high-end, enterprise-level feel.
COUNTERS / KEY METRICS
We want animated key numbers, for example:
150+ clients 10+ years experience 24/7 support 99.9% uptime
Behavior:
numbers should count up when they come into view (on scroll) fast and smoothly (approx. 0. 5–1 seconds) animation should trigger only once
Overall goal: A modern, dynamic and high-quality website with subtle interactions, not a flashy or overloaded design.
