Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am partnering up with Roof Co, I need to help build their brand and first we are going to start with a sales and estimate presentation / binder that includes individual pdfs / flyers . I am going to give you copies of their current stuff along with the pdfs / flyers that you created for Orange Exteriors and I am looking for a design that is consistent throughout. Elegant, professional, and on brand to roof co. Here is a list of things I am looking to start with that will be included into the sales presentation binder. ALSO, Roof Co does not currently have a company slogan. We need to come up with ideas for that. Roof Co will be a lot different play than Orange Exteriors as with Orange there was a lot of humor / puns / etc. involved to help play off the name and recoginition. Roof Co is a bit different. They have the reputation and longevity that speaks VOLUME and QUALITY along with their relationships so it needs to be more of a professional yet grabs your attention and makes you want to know more or fits the brand.
Ok heres the list of things im thinking of beginning with. Please also let me know what else you think I can add after seeing my vision with this.
- Meet the Team (Office / Supplementing / Production / Estimating / Owner / Marketing / Etc - the people the customers dont usually meet) - Behind the Scenes page (displaying the full service metal shop and the team / the brick & mortar office / the trucks & equipment)
-Services Offered Page
- Why Roof Co. (2 - 3 page pdf : detailed / comparison chart (like one that has roof co vs. other contractor diagram things with check marks and red x's for the "other contractors" to show a good visual of how we are different)
-Credentials Page (different certifications we have and brands we are partnered with)
-Roof Co. Warranty
-References Page (one for residential and one for commercial)
-Reviews Page (showing 3-5 reviews left by customers with a qr code that links directly to the reviews on google page if theyd like to see more)
- A getting to know the rep page (each rep will need to individually get this created - I will upload the one i already have for me you created previously)
-FAQ's page regarding roofing, siding & storm damage restoration projects
-Pre Construction / Build Checklist : What to expect (for each trade: roofing, siding, gutters, windows & doors)
-A page displaying previous work/jobs completed (this would showcase higher end projects)
