Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Spamlynx is a commercial email spam filter offered as a SaaS product, built and operated by a small German hosting provider. It protects business email accounts against spam, phishing, scam, and viruses using a multilayer filtering pipeline that combines traditional spam detection with AI-powered classification. The product runs entirely on German infrastructure, ensuring data sovereignty for European customers.

We need a complete redesign of the customer-facing dashboard. This is the web application where paying customers manage their email filtering: view their mail log, check quarantined emails, manage allow/blocklists, configure their settings, and handle their subscription. It is the primary touchpoint between Spamlynx and its customers.

Our customers are system administrators, IT managers at small-to-medium businesses, and operators of small hosting providers. They are technically competent but not designers. They expect professional, efficient tools that respect their time. They typically manage 10–500 email accounts and check the dashboard a few times per week, with heavier use during spam incidents.

We have attached the current mockups which really need to be replaced with something good looking.
