Steelway Building Systems is a leading Canadian manufacturer of customized steel building solutions. Founded in 1976 and still family-owned and operated, Steelway is built on quality, honesty, and integrity, with a strong focus on innovation and long-term relationships.

The Steelway Employee Association (SEA) represents the voice of Steelway’s workforce, including production, drafting, engineering, and system design. SEA supports all hourly employees across the organization.
SEA exists to support employees, strengthen culture, and promote a fair, consistent workplace experience. Guided by Steelway’s purpose of enriching the lives of our partners, it encourages open communication, balanced decision-making, and a strong sense of partnership between employees and leadership.

Objective
Create a logo that:

Clearly represents unity between employees and leadership

Reflects Steelway’s industrial/manufacturing roots
Can stand on its own, but still feel connected to the Steelway brand
