Project Overview
We are looking for a creative designer to develop large-scale external signage for the Dream Doors showroom.

The building is a double-storey showroom with full glass frontage positioned on a very busy main road.

The glazing spans both levels and we want to utilise the façade like a large billboard that captures attention from passing traffic.

The design must be bold, clean, professional, and highly readable at speed.

We want the signage to clearly communicate that we are experts in facelifting / renovating spaces, while also providing complete new cabinetry solutions.

We will remove the reflective film on the windows for the lower level. There will be a kitchen showing in the middle of the lower level. So we don't want signage infront of the kitchen area. (Attached is a screenshot of the office with blue and pink squares. The blue is the location of the kitchen internally, and the pink can be signage design spaces.) Ideally the printing wont have a solid colour background for printing on the lower level.

Design Goals:
- Turns the entire glazed frontage into a visual billboard
- Works across two storeys
- Is highly visible from passing vehicles
- Uses strong hierarchy and minimal clutter
- Clearly communicates our services at a glance
- Encourages customers to visit the showroom

Think impact first, then detail.

Key Considerations
- Viewed primarily by drive-by traffic
- Must read clearly from distance and speed
- Should utilise window graphics, scale, and layout effectively
- Design should enhance — not block — natural light where possible
- Must feel architectural and professional, not retail clutter

Building mockups showing real-world application

We are looking for a design that makes Dream Doors impossible to miss — transforming the showroom frontage into a powerful advertising statement.
