Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I’m looking for a visual identity in terms of fonts and color palette for my coaching business in health, nutrition and lifestyle.

The brand focuses on sustainable health, nutrition, balance, strength, energy and lifestyle optimization in a realistic and non-extreme way. The audience mainly consists of women ± 40 years who care about health and feeling good, achieving this in a realistic way — no crash diets or "picture perfect”.

I’m looking for:
Typography/font combinations
Color palette
Which I can use on my website, socials, Canva creations (like recipe guides) and in powerpoint
Optional: advice for social media (instagram & LinkedIn)
Optional: logo improvement (I like my logo now, but suggestions are welcome) See www.studiolemons.com

The style should feel:
Minimal but warm
Calm, modern and elevated
Feminine without being girly
Luxurious but approachable
Clean and sophisticated

Please avoid:
Overly “spiritual” wellness branding
Bright neon colors
Anything too playful or childish

I love brands and aesthetics similar to:
Scandinavian minimalism
Modern editorial fashion/lifestyle brands
Soft luxury wellness brands

Preferred colors:
Soft neutrals, warm whites, sand, taupe, olive, espresso, muted earthy tones and deep contrasts.
I currently use as a main color sage green: #A2B89B This is still an option as main color.
Currently supported by light green #D9DEDA and light grey #EEEDEB. But I often miss more colors in this palette.
This color palette I also very much like: https://atsoap.com/ The very dark aubergine.

Fonts on my website: Poppins (body) and Playfair Display (headers) But I find it a bit flat.
Fonts I also like/use: BJCree for headers en Lato for body.
I also like the font of this Recover logo: https://www.recoverfood.nl (also the color palette of this website is nice)
Important is that it's license free, like Google fonts. I should be able to use it on my website (Squarespace), in Canva and in Powerpoint.
