• High-resolution property photos (apartments, marina views, pool, balconies, etc.) - We will provide this , for the winner
• Brand colors or style preferences (if any) - Natural colours and Neutral Tones
• Any existing brochures, marketing materials, or brand guidelines - Please use our current website for finer detail but we would like to move on to a more simple version and easy to navigate
• Social media links (Facebook and Instagram) - google search for our socials , BUT WE NEED THESE CONNECTED TO OUR WEBSITE AS PART OF THE SCOPE
• Booking system details that will be connected to the new website - YES WE USE RESLEY
• Any specific room photos you would like featured on the homepage - yes once we have the winning version we will provide hi res photos for each room type.
