Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a logo for our new cafe. The cafe is based on the ISLE OF ARRAN, SCOTLAND and sits on the coast.
The cafe is called "BAY CAFE" and we would also like the wording "by auchrannie" added in the style of a signature.
We have no set ideas in mind for the colours, although it should be able to stand out when positioned on a grey background.
We might like to use an outline of one of the local landmarks in the design (see attached outlines), or maybe a sea wave to show our connection with the coast.
The text of the logo (bay cafe by auchrannie) should be usable without the full logo.
