We need the working, editable source files so we can update them ourselves, plus a ready-to-print export:
1. Photoshop (.PSD) — fully layered and editable, with each contact field on its own labeled text layer. This is the primary requested format.
2. Vector source — the press-standard editable format, Adobe Illustrator (.AI) and/or .EPS, since vector is preferred for crisp text and logos at print.
3. Print-ready PDF — press-quality (PDF/X-1a), CMYK, with bleed and crop marks, both sides.
4. Packaged fonts and links — include or list all fonts used, and package any linked assets so the files open correctly on our end.
Why both PSD and vector
The PSD covers our request directly and is easy for us to edit. Vector (.AI/.EPS) is what most commercial printers actually prefer for type and logos because it stays razor-sharp at any size. Providing both keeps us flexible no matter which printer we use. Have fun and keep it modern and cool the designer of the logo did a great job, see what you can do.
