Project Objective:
Develop a diverse range of logo concepts for a home building company. The identity should feel professional and precise, avoiding standard construction clichés in favor of clean, architecturally inspired typography.

Core Requirements:
Primary Visual: A typographically focused design centering on a stylized "S" and "J".

Subtext: Must seamlessly incorporate the phrase "Premiere Builders".

Reference Material: Please refer to the provided rough concept file, SJ logo concept.jpg, as a baseline for the layout and monogram style we are currently exploring.

Creative Direction & Iconography:
Strictly Avoid: Traditional tradesman imagery (e.g., hammers, saw blades, basic hand tools).

Approved Motifs: We want to emphasize the design and planning phases of building. If iconography or geometric shapes are integrated, they should be subtle and reflect architectural precision. Acceptable elements include:

-Drafting tools (compasses, triangle squares)
-Blueprint symbols or grid patterns
-Architectural dimension lines
-Isometric cubes or structural linework

Deliverable Goals:
This is the ideation phase. We need a high volume of concepts developed and pitched. Ranging from purely typographic monograms to variations that subtly integrate the architectural elements listed above.
