Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

e have a set of graphics and diagrams that were initially created using AI. The content, structure, and overall layout are already defined and should remain largely unchanged.

The objective is NOT to create completely new designs. This is primarily a technical refinement and conversion project. The graphics need to be professionally redrawn, cleaned up, and rebuilt so that they:

• Look less AI-generated and more professional/corporate
• Match our existing corporate website style
• Are fully editable in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Use consistent fonts, colors, spacing, and iconography
• Maintain the original meaning and information structure

Please use the website as the primary reference for:
• Color palette
• Typography
• Visual language
• General corporate look and feel
• Professional, research-oriented appearance

The style should be clean, technical, modern, and suitable for a scientific/research institution.

SCOPE OF WORK
For each supplied graphic:

1. Recreate the graphic manually
- Do not simply trace or export the AI image.
- Rebuild all elements using PowerPoint native objects where possible.

2. Improve visual quality
- Remove typical AI-generated inconsistencies.
- Correct alignment, spacing, proportions, and visual hierarchy.
- Standardize icons and graphic elements.

3. Corporate style adaptation
- Apply colors and typography consistent with our website.
- Use a professional and technically oriented visual style.
- Avoid decorative or overly creative design elements.

4. Ensure full editability
- All text must remain editable.
- Shapes should be editable PowerPoint objects.
- Icons should preferably be vector-based.
- Elements should not be flattened into images unless absolutely necessary.

DELIVERABLES
Required output:

• Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
• All graphics fully editable
• Layered and logically grouped objects
• Consistent formatting across all graphics
• Optional source files (.svg, .ai, or . eps) if available

DESIGN DIRECTION
Please focus on:

• Technical accuracy
• Professional presentation quality
• Corporate consistency
• PowerPoint usability

Please do NOT focus on:
• Creating alternative concepts
• Artistic reinterpretations
• Major layout changes
• Creative redesigns

The goal is to transform existing AI-generated diagrams into professional, corporate-standard, PowerPoint-editable graphics that fit seamlessly with the Energieinstitut Linz website and presentation materials.
