Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my new building company. I specialise in maintenance, renovations and extensions but am not limited to just those services.
I would like to see a design that looks professional and sharp yet simple.
I do like black and white but am open to some colour.
I just want words. I do not want any pictures associated with the design
