I am looking for an exceptional designer to create a premium athletic/performance shirt that people genuinely WANT to wear—not because it was given to them, but because it looks amazing.
This is NOT a promotional company T-shirt.
Instead, think of brands such as:

Red Bull Racing

The shirt should look like it belongs in a premium athletic clothing store.
The Grizzly name should simply be part of the design—not an advertisement. The word "Moving" and phone numbers should NOT be included in the design. The word "ELITE" could be included if it goes well with the design.
The design should be for cut-and-sew sublimated athletic shirts with full-panel printing extending over seams and sleeves.
This is a premium performance workout shirt, NOT cotton.
The final garment will likely be manufactured using:
