Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for 3 postcards that are similar but target 3 commercial property types. they will be 6x9 cards can be front and back or not.
1. Hotel Postcard – HotelGuard / Bed Bug Protection
Use the attached HotelGuard sample as the primary direction.
The focus should be:
Proactive bed bug prevention and control
Protecting guests and the hotel's reputation
Regular inspections
Documentation and risk management
Professional commercial pest management
The backside should transition into our General Pest Control services, showing that we can be the hotel's complete pest management provider beyond just bed bugs.
2. Apartment Complex Postcard
Target apartment owners, property managers, and management companies.
Focus on:
General pest control
Bed bug control
Rodent control
Preventative pest management
Protecting residents and the property
Reliable, ongoing service and documentation
The message should position us as a full-service pest management partner for multifamily properties.

3. Commercial Building Postcard
Target office buildings, banks, storage facilities, and other commercial properties.

Focus on:
General commercial pest control
Rodent control
Fly management
Preventative pest management
Recurring service programs
Protecting the property, employees, customers, and reputation

Overall Direction
All three postcards should have a consistent brand and visual style, but each should feel specifically designed for its target market.

We want the messaging to communicate:
Professional • Reliable • Proactive • Locally Owned & Operated • Serving Since 2017

The goal is not to overwhelm the reader with information. These should be marketing pieces that quickly communicate the problem we solve, our expertise, and why a commercial property should contact us.
