Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

1. Brand overview/design brief:
- dental practice name: Thornbury Family Dental
- about the practice: we do high-end work like clear braces, veneers, smile makeovers, implant crowns etc. we are 'quiet confident' rather than loud. Our emphasis is on patient experience - where we've tailored everything from the first phone call to seeing our clients/patients on an on-going basis 6 monthly for support and maintenance.
- tone: warm, professional, clean, modern, trustworthy
- target audience: primary: Females aged between 30 and 50. secondary: families, professionals, local community
- Brand personality/desired emotional response: safe, warm, calm, precise, hygienic, premium but approachable (high-end dentistry without being intimidating)

2. Deliverables Required:
- a primary logo (symbol + name in full color)
- a secondary logo (name only in full color, full typographic treatment - font selection, custom adjustments, letterform refinement, spacing rules, size hierarchy)
- an icon (for social media avatars/display photo, website etc.)
- reversed version of all of the above (for black background, assuming original design is on white background)
-monochrome version
- in file formats: AI, EPS, SVG (vector-based master file). high-res PNG (transparent), JPG (raster). web-optimized PNG/JPG. PDF. print-optimized file.
- include a PDF brand sheet, usage guidelines, color values/palette, construction diagram

3. Usage scenarios:
- website, social media, email signatures
- uniforms
- signage - shopfront (large scale), entrance and reception signage
- business cards, printed reports/letters
- merchandise eg. paper bags, pens, cups, lip balm

4. Style Direction:
- we do not want the color gold used
- consistent with the feel of our fit-out (see uploaded sample)
- be particular about letter spacing, line-height, grid alignment
- clarity at small size
- avoid generic logos
- prefer somewhat minimalist/clean so its easily or instantly recognizable
- logo should look the same at 16 px and 32 px sizes
