Hi there.
Do you mind if I don't just act like a designer drawing pictures, but rather like a strict brand manager who asks a few tough questions?

1. Do you need a logo or a sign?
They serve different purposes. And, most importantly, require different production technologies.
A logo doesn't need to be backlit or visible from 20 meters away from a passing car. It doesn't have to be as eye-catching as a sign.
2. Describe your new marketing strategy. What is it based on? Who is your main target audience? Status, age, gender?
This will largely determine the style of the new logo. Believe me, Zoomers and Millennials respond to completely different designs.
3. If you're still inclined to believe that a logo = a sign, please include a photo of the façade where the sign will be located in your brief.
This will allow designers to immediately! Think about how the logo/sign will be placed; what shape it will take (circle, square, rectangle); what color it will work with.
And it will allow them to take into account many more technical nuances.
Thanks.

Why you comment all contests with like this long texts, are all these questions generated by AI?

von KAPITOSHKA am Donnerstag, 27. August 2026

Do you need AI to write text? Hmm...
And I'm writing this because, apparently, no one cares about design anymore.
Money, yes, but design, no.
I'm all for design))
A picture isn't design. It's just a picture.
And how and where the design will live, apparently, is of little concern to anyone.
I understand why, and it's certainly not a question worth discussing in the contest comments.

In response:
I take no offense, and I welcome questions which make me question and re-examine my approach on this. My thoughts are these:
I realize that a logo, doesn't necessarily equate to a sign.. however there are a number of factors which are pushing this narrative for me.. cost & time, chief among them.
So, yes... I am going to use this as a sign and our logo. This logo will be on our receipts/invoices, banners, website, window/door.. etc.. I understand that any design that I choose, will need to be tweaked to show the 'logo' in/on different mediums, and I am ok with that. I just need cohesive understanding, of the product I am selling, with a design that will allow me to use it across different platforms with minimal interaction. Sorry if that reply is convoluted. I wanted to be able to answer that point with as much information as possible.
As far as target:
Teens/Young Adults (14-21) for the eKickScooters
Adults/Middle Aged/Spanning Aged (18-45): eKickScooters, eBikes, e-Moto
Later Years/Golden Years (45+): eBikes
