I want to give you a clearer idea of the overall vision I have for the cover, because I want the design to really communicate the tone of the book before the reader even picks it up.
This is a dark romance, so I don’t want the cover to feel sweet, whimsical, innocent, or overly polished in a soft/fairytale way. I want it to feel dark, seductive, dangerous, mysterious, and intense. There should be a sense that something beautiful is sitting right alongside something deeply unsettling.

In the background, I want the city to feel like chaos. I’m envisioning a city that feels dark dramatic lighting, shadows, destruction/chaos.
