Design Direction
• The ad will appear alongside multiple advertisements in a marketplace-style section. It should stand out visually while still feeling appropriate and cohesive within that environment.
• Prioritize a clean, architectural look that remains easy to understand at a glance.
• Create distinction through strong imagery, clear hierarchy, contrast and intentional use of the brand colors.
• Small graphic elements may be incorporated, provided they support the design without creating visual clutter. Brighter colors should be accents more than large elements.
• Use one strong image rather than a collage.
• Maintain clear contrast between the copy and background.
• Keep the contact information clearly legible.
• Follow the established fonts, colors and brand styling
