Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a design for a brochure / pamphlet / poster. We are fundraising for a new playground at our local elementary school - Kearsarge Regional Elementary School New London. I need the brochure to be fun and engaging, it should evoke childhood memories of playgrounds and schoolmates. However, the overall objective of the document needs to be a call to action for people to volunteer, fundraise and donate whatever they can to the effort.
I have pictures of the future renderings as well as draft copyright. The school mascot is a cougar. I'd love a simple yet eye catching design which I can leverage for posters, flyers and other potential marketing material I will create throughout the lifecycle of the fundraising campaign.
