Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Overview:
We are a coaching/education brand (Openfield Academy) and need a redesigned infographic illustrating our 4-area transformation model. Our current version (attached) uses a rigid, hard-edged triangle/pyramid layout — we want a completely new visual approach that feels organic, soft, and alive, since the topic is human personal development, not a technical process.

Content structure (please keep the wording, redesign the visual form):

4 areas: "Embodiment – The Foundation" and "Focus & Intuition Redefined – The Lens" sit on the same base level. "Heart Centered Living – The Bridge" sits one level above, connecting/enabling the other two. "Becoming Unlimited – The Peak" sits at the top, made possible by Heart Centered Living.
The 4 areas influence and inspire one another — this mutual connection must be visually recognizable (e.g. through overlapping zones, blended color transitions, connecting flowing lines, or similar). Areas may stay visually distinct; the connection between them is what must be shown.
Hierarchy should be expressed mainly through position/arrangement (ascending flow), not through size differences — all 4 areas should carry similar visual weight, since each is equally essential.
A supporting element: "The Openfield Methodology" with 3 phases (Phase 1: Awareness & Insight, Phase 2: Integration & Practice, Phase 3: Expansion & Sustainable Growth), each with a short description (text provided below).

Style direction:
Organic, soft, flowing shapes — no sharp angles or rigid geometric triangles. Attached are 3 moodboard references showing the direction we like: overlapping/blended circular shapes, flowing ribbon-style connections, and organic swirl divisions. Please don't copy any of them directly — combine this organic/overlapping visual language with our specific asymmetric hierarchy (2 areas base level + 1 bridge + 1 peak), which none of the references show exactly. This creative translation is the core task.

Icons: Please design one new, unified icon per area (4 total) plus 3 simple icons for the methodology phases — consistent style across all 7, your creative interpretation is welcome.

Typography: Headlines in Arsenal, body text in DM Sans.

Colors: Base palette — Embodiment D09176, Focus & Intuition Redefined B6623E, Heart Centered Living D9866B, Becoming Unlimited 6F7A70, dark text 23211A, light accent EACEC1. Slight adjustments are welcome if they improve visual distinction between areas.

Technical requirements (important):

Final files as vector format (SVG, AI, or EPS), with separated, editable, non-flattened/non-merged layers and paths.
Shapes should consist of simple, closed outline paths — no fine textures, no complex multi-stop gradients, no photorealistic rendering — since the artwork will later be manually redrawn as a whiteboard-animation video.
Primary format: 16:9 landscape. A secondary vertical/mobile version (3 outer areas stacked below the top area) is welcome but optional.

Usage rights: Full commercial usage across website, video, and social media required.

Attachments to include: current draft PDF (for text content and logo reference only — not for layout), our logo file, and the 3 moodboard reference images.

Budget: $100–150 — please let us know if this realistically allows for more designer participation, or advise on adjusting scope/budget

Cultivating self-reflection, identifying patterns, and gaining clarity on personal drivers through introspective practices and data-informed assessment.

Achieving long-term transformation, exceeding limitations, and fostering resilience through continuous evolution and a purpose-driven approach.
