Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a redesign of my old logos. I would like to simplify it down to just a B with the Bluestem plant in it. I'm open to different fonts but I would like the plant to look very similar to the ones in my old logo. Different direction of the plant and shape is fine but the overall look needs to be close. I'm going to upload the old source files from my old logos and then a picture from AI that I made to get the concept. I don't like the plants or the logo AI made just the concept.
