Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a child psychology practice in need of a new logo. The logo is used on printed materials like business cards and flyers. It is also the header of our testing reports, and will be printed onto merch. I'd like to order a lightup sign for our lobby wall with the new logo. My dream is for the logo to be very colorful, and have a watercolor/tie dye feel, maybe the colors could blur like a rainbow across the letters. Our printed brand materials typically use Quicksand as the font. The art in our therapy suites use these hex colors:
