Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm helping my brother with his new business. He lives in LA and works at Santa Anita Park with Thoroughbred race horses. He is looking to go out on his own and we need a logo. We prefer a simple yet creative black outline of a horse head, perhaps incorporating his initials ("JKS" or simply "S") though this is not required.
I've attached a screenshot of something he likes.
