Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company that will provide market research and retail trend forecasting for the outdoor apparel and equipment industry. The company name is "Venturuz". The company name is a play on the italian word venturus for "next", "coming", "about to come" (i.e. we help companies understand what is coming next, what their future might look like). We will pronounce it "venturous", like "adventurous". We want to use hot pink, orange, and black in the logo, but we need to have an "all black" version also, that works. We are quantitative futurists: we knit together historic consumer and retail data to quantitatively project future trends in the outdoor apparel and equipment industry. "We turn historic data into intelligence about your future." might be our tagline.

It might be interesting to use a # sign (for numbers), a checkmark, an arrow, or something like to that depict data, numbers, information, etc. within the logo.
