Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Smallwaukee Properties LLC is an apartment rental company with a twist- we employ technologies such as solar power. Our objective is to solve global problems one community, one house and one solar panel at a time. I know the budget on this is low but hopefully the winner can help design the website and more once we are off the ground and running!

As a little background to the name Smallwaukee- We are based in Milwaukee, Wi. And for being a mid-sized city it is amazing that six degrees of separation covers most of the city. Every day I am amazed how small of a big town Milwaukee is.

I am open to all different types of designs but my eye tends to lean towards simple designs that utilize negative space or creative thoughts to bring out core the core concept of the business. The files that I have included give you the general idea of style that I personally tend to like- but feel free to surprise me.
