Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my business, "Allure Lash and Beauty Bar".
I have been seeing clients from home for a few years, and now I am busy enough to start my own salon in a busy shopping precinct. I want a logo that will sell the idea that my clients are receiving a premium service - I don't want anything that is going to look tacky. I am a fully qualified beauty therapist and will also offer other beauty services as well as lash extensions.
I would like the focus of the logo to be on the word "Allure", and I was also thinking that a small graphic of lashes, or an eye, might also look good. I am open to suggestion with fonts, and I think that two different ones could be used. I don't want the words to be difficult to read though.
For colours, I am thinking tones of black, grey and pink (but I am open to suggestion). The logo colours would also need to be able to be changed if on a black background (eg. if a logo with black text is chosen, I would also need to see how the logo would look on a black background with a different colour text).
