Does the value on look and feel on each slider are true? i.e more of a feminine rather than masculine?

I have never done this before and have already committed to over $500. I don't feel comfortable making it guaranteed.

I'm not sure about the masculine/feminine part - I can't tell which is which.

The image doesn't do much for me, and I amended the brief to say that I would like the phrase "Consulting | Facilitation | Coaching" added to the design. I also requested using red somewhere in the design but it's not in yours.

Any other ideas?
