Do you need banner ads for 1 of each (Branding, Lasik, Cataracts, Glaucoma) or do you need just 1 banner ad focusing on those categories?

We 1 of each. Meaning 5 ad sizes for branding, 5 for lasik, 5 for cataracts, & 5 for glaucoma.

Hi. Can I submit just 1 size for each for the elimination round since it will be time and effort consuming if we do all then just to be eliminated. Will that be alright. Thanks
