Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new bicycle brand. Mountain and road bike.The name of the company (brand name) is "DUCKHILL". The first model is “DOOMER”. A full carbon mountain bike.

The logo itself should be in two parts. Image (icon/emblem) and text. Both of them will have to be made so they can work individually and together. Text: The text will be attached to the bike frame (decals) (like: http://www.cannondale.com/nor/catalog/category/view/s/trail-29/id/947/,). Preferably a bold, cursive font, althought any proposal will be welcome. Image: the image will be printed in the front of the head tube (front). It has to work both with and without text.

Colors: the color should easily identify the brand as a corporate color. green, red, orange, yellow...any color with which we can use black or white background. We also should be able to use the logo in monochrome.

We want our brand to communicate exclusivity and modernity.
* Important: The logo and image should work both with black background and also with white one.
* Important: An icon or image is required with the text. If the text itself could be used as an icon, then it is not mandatory.
