Would you like to include all of the photo you submitted in your ad?
What information would you like in bullets?
Where is contact information that should appear?

For the photos, I''m thinking the 3 or 4 best that would fit in that space would be good, but would bow to your expertise if more are needed.


For bullet points, I would love if it would work out to actually have the ad look exactly the same, but have 4 different versions with different bullet points. Basically, I would like to run the ad for 4 weeks, but highlight different features each week, if that makes sense. 6 bullet points on each ad? Combinations of the below list?

Thanks for the submissions so far! I appreciate the efforts you''ve put in, and look forward to choosing one of them! I will try and provide some specific feedback in each design, but I''ll also provide some general feedback below:

Some general feedback for currently submitted designs:
- The orientation needs to be in landscape format, not portrait.
- Any stock photos included should be of seniors, rather than younger individuals, as this is for a 55+ condo development.

I also just realized I put the wrong phase in for pre-sales. This phase we''re advertising is Cantera Estates North. Sorry for the mixup! I''m sure whichever design is selected I could have it changed at that point, but I wanted to make sure people knew now.
