Thank you for the invite, but if you are looking for a logo along with a business card I think you need to up the price accordingly. I don't think you will find many designers willing to work on a logo for only $90.

I am going to decline, not only for this reason, but for the fact that I am swamped with jobs at this moment.

This project sounds very interesting and I have a couple idea however I still don't know whether this is for just a logo or a business card too? Your category is double-sided business card however your brief specifies a logo.
