Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am opening A new Restaurant The Hungry Monk
The theme of the restaurant is shabby chic
I have purchased 1950 furniture and the decor will be painted ( Annie Sloan style Google Annie Sloan.) The colours will be Louie Blues.
I have no photos yet as the project has not started yet.
It is a pub style restaurant and the main feature is the Bar which has been built with an old altar which has been taken from a church.
The food will be all day
Breakfasts
Lunches
which will vary from sandwiches to light bites
Our Unique selling point are:
We Intend to do a grazing menu ( small plates )
The customer will maybe choose 3 as meal They will be served on wooden drift wood boards
for example
Sticky ribs Fish cakes And duck spring rolls.
Our main USP will be Steaks Fish And Chicken which will be cooked on a Bertha oven ( Google it)
Its a oven which uses real charcoal and cooked the same as you would in the summer in you garden./
We will also be selling cakes and coffee's
We will be selling traditional cask ales and fine wines.
