Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I purchased a branch-clinic so am currently using their logo, but I want a completely new design that better reflects our core valules and what we do.
Our core values are: Excellence Respect Empathy Integrity Competence Trust Security Compassion Reliability Communication Care Happiness
Our core tasks are: Disease Prevention, improving length and quality of life for animals and for their owners. We do this with physical examinations, surgery, dentistry, vaccinations, anaesthesia, radiology, grooming, training and puppy school.
Recognisable Symbols of animal healthcare include stethoscope, cross, paw print, animals, heart. Our current logo shows an injured cat on crutches - too negative and only represents one species!
We mainly treat dogs, cats and rabbits, also birds and other small pets. Using another symbolic species might work - eg elephants represent strength, family, etc, but I am unlikely to accept this for an inner-city location.
Heavy symbols such as buildings and conversely childish coloured cartoon figures don't appeal to me
85% of our clients are women - curved figures, loving and warm symbols, holding or hugging cute animal outlines appeal to women.
Our floors are dark green and furnishings are white and dark blue (unchangeable) with some yellow and black (changeable)
