Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a web design for a new site that is focused on real estate listings and information for the Singapore, Malaysian and Australian market.

The web site will have listings of available real estate for sale, past transaction data on real estate, information about neighborhoods where the real estate is located.
Website URL will likely be www.residencee.com. We are also open to suggestions on site names (assuming URL is available).

We like the simplicity of a similar US site called Trulia.com - and want to focus on providing a similar "clean" user interface where users can find the information they need. The final design should be user friendly, be visually compelling with a focus on ease of navigation.

Requirements to have at least 5 web pages designed that will display the data as in the attached document for any given territory. We will need to receive
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and all images
- any design icons for common objects (e.g. house/home, map, user, agent, trend chart, contact, bathroom, bedroom, garage, furniture, price, ...etc).
