Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a start-up management consultancy that specializes in Ergonomics/Human Factors/Usability. I need a simplistic yet effective design that illustrates what it is we do as a firm. The focus should be one that creates a corporate identify around the notion of Systems and Systems Thinking.

Definition of Ergonomics
"Ergonomics (or human factors) is the scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system, and the profession that applies theory, principles, data and methods to design in order to optimize human well-being and overall system performance."

I would like a logo that incorporates the name "Tektol" within it or if the design is stong enough that it can stand alone without the name, i.e. Apple's Apple

Please do not use any "ergonomic" products as these have nothing to do with Ergonomics, so no chairs, keyboards, etc..
