Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're in the process of beginning a web application product (web site + mobile apps) that will be used to connect vineyards directly to consumers in a larger way. We're looking to get designs for a logo/icon first. The goal is to get a strong branding icon that can be used for apps, and then use that with the word "VinGrotte" as a larger logo (can be one word or two words in the logo).

We're looking to brand as a clean, simple web-friendly interface. The site is envisioned to be lots of white, with grays and black to accentuate. Where we use color, we want to use "wine" colors - purple, blue, gold, champagne, and green (these are color thoughts - don't feel constrained by them or like you need to use all of these colors, just try to stay linked to wine/grape as a concept for color selections). So we're looking for a modern, clean logo - nothing busy or extravagant. Classy, understated, elegant, and very modern web friendly. Should appeal to both consumers AND to the vineyards themselves.

If the logo designs come back good, we'll be looking for additional help on the web design and app designs!

We generally want to target people who are willing to buy wine, and potentially spend a bit of money on it. So, generally people with higher incomes. People who enjoy educating themselves about wine, growing conditions, etc.

The selected colors are just a general idea. Don't feel constrained.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Clean, simple design. Really looking for the icon first, then just taking on the wording of "VinGrotte" afterwards. The iconography is the critical part. It'll be used all over the place.

Sollte nicht haben

• Avoid busy icons, excessive use of color.
  
  Avoid grayscale in the icon. I do want the icon to be in at least one color - just not too many.
