Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company operating snorkeling tours on the Central Coast and in the Newcastle and Port Stephens areas of NSW.
We would like something like the following ( these are some ideas we came up with):-
Logo text to form a sort of circle with a picture of a turtle in the center.
The words "Sea Turtle" at the top
The words "Snorkeling Safaris" at the bottom maybe through the turtles flippers.
The text to look sort of like its sea grass waving in the current, like there is movement in the text.
I have a photo of a painting (a friend painted for us) could we use that shape for the turtle.
Color - we were thinking of greens
