hi alexis.  thank you for your comment.  this is the first time using this service, so i took the first option of refundable, in case I don''t like or choose the designs forwarded.

that may or may not change in the near future.

there are no guarantees in life to anything, but if a design matches my criteria, then i will choose it, and that designer may get a lot more work in the future.
