Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a new start up daycare located in a country setting, in a quaint, white 'little farm house'. It will be named 'Lil' Farmhouse Friends'.

Obviously, kids and farm animals (lamb, chicks, kitten, puppy, calf, pony) come to mind, in addition to the 'house'. Would like a logo that works on signage (visible from a highway), business cards, invoices, letterhead, t-shirts etc. This daycare will have kids that range in age from infant to 8 years old.

Update: Don't have to use ALL the animals suggested. One or two is fine with kids. Use some color please.

UPDATE #2 - OK, I have added some sample logos to the ideas area. We like the type style, composition, and quality. This is a 'Farmhouse;, not a barn. The house doesn't have to be realistically represented, it can by stylized. In fact, the whole logo can be abstract if it's good. This is a daycare, in the country, with kids and animals. Simple, is better. Too many things/colors makes it look cluttered. Thanks.
