Icon-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a fresh icon design for our freehand note-taking iOS app. The app is currently available on App Store.
The app is called Pen and Paper. Its main features are:
• Freehand pen-line drawing
• Multi-page notes.
• 20x zoom
• Drawing geometric shapes and adding text
• Universal app, available for both iPhone and iPad
Secondary features (probably not important for icon design):
• PDF Import (also as presentation notes)
• Box/Dropbox support.
App screenshots + existing icons are attached to give some ideas.
Desired output:
• Attractive simple iOS7 icon design
• Follow common iOS7 design guidelines (no photos + minimal no text).
• Must work at native icon sizes (57-60px for iPhone and 72-76px for iPad), but also at the higher resolution (1024 pixels)
• Required format: Layered PSD file with min 1024x1024 resolution, and or Illustrator.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I've seen some very interesting designs the last 10 days and some of them are close. However, I think even the best ones needs a little extra work!
Take a couple of days and iterate on your best icons. Please try to put them on a sample of the iOS home screen! Some of them look nice taken out of context, but fails completely on the home screen.
And please experiment a little bit more with colors and shapes!
