This could be quite an interesting project but DesignCrowd is usually only for design project.
Development is a whole other beast.

Anyhow there are designers like myself that can offer codding to, but the Buget is too low for such a project.
Could you please redefine your project scope to design only?or increase the budget substancially?

I will ask to withdraw.  There are sites out there where web designers make nice sites for 300-500 dollars.  I was under the impression that what I was signing up for was a web design request.

This is why some good designers do not hang out at that kind of websites, but at Design Crowd.
There are some shoes that you can buy for 15-20 USD
But you pay for a pair of Nike 100-200 USD.
Have you ever think the reason?

Thanks for clarifying your stance on the project scope.
Designing and Developing a website takes allot of time, its not a 1 week thing.
I also know some sites where "people" (note as i didnt mention Professionals) will place bids to Web Projects like the values you mentioned but what they will offer you are templates, and when you start to ask them to add more this or that (as being part of a Web Agency i know clients always ask for modifications once the website was fully coded) they will start to ask you more money. Which is normal, because the initial value that was agreed on cant cover 1 month of development which is what most websites take to be up to the standarts of clients that demand quality.

Let me know if you change your mind about it.
I am sure that theres allot of designers here that will offer you great quality on their designs and that you won't feel your expectations defrauded.

Hi, Will you increase the budget for this contest? To be honest your request are too high for 300$. Coding and designing is a separate job. Let me know if your'e willing to make some changes.
