Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a great new website design to flow with our brand identity (attached; developed here on DesignCrowd just recently). It needs to be professional, but with just a little bit of fun thrown in, to reflect the caribbean location of our business. The logo already achieves this and thus it should flow from there.

The site will have a few primary sections:

Home - self explanatory, and overview of our business and some of the most recent posts from the next section
Notes - Really just a fancy word for a blog, it will be an ordered set of posts on various regulatory and business news items relevant to Caribbean businesses
"Start/Relocate a Consulting Practice?" or "Become a Partner" - A section on how to bring a consulting practice, new or old, into the partnership and the tax and regulatory advantages of doing so
Contact - Self explanatory

So, it needs a navigation that supports that sparse set of top level links, and a basic design for home, one interior page like "Become a Partner", and the blog/Notes section, that my developer can work from.

UPDATE: I like the designs that have brought in the logo colors to make each sub-page uniquely colored. But, all so far rely too heavily on smiling photos of people. 1) Notes will not have photos to go with them (this is going to be mostly legal updates, tax info, etc.) 2) For the hero photon on the home page, it shouldn't be too high, and should probably be a photo of a beach, preferably one from Puerto Rico where we are located. 3) There should be no search and no social media buttons - the design is meant to be sparse on purpose and we have no need for those items.

Other than the logo, please stick to web safe or google web fonts for text, and have them specified in the source format during delivery. Thanks.
