Hi. Have a look at my design proposal. It's hard to design properly without the final text (even when using lorem ipsum) so I only made the titles. I concentrated mainly on the graphics and created this original design. I think the design covers most of the brief. I made the brochure as a trifold in the traditional format (11 x 8.5). Please let me know if the size that you need is different.

Let me know if you like this idea, if you would like me to work further on this design or maybe make something different. Although, I think this is close to what you're looking for.
