Hi we are looking for a new design layout and website ideas. Once we choose the winning design we will be looking to work with that designer to further develop the website getting it ready to upload and launch. Additional fees will be available for the second phase.

Basically I would like to see the initial page with the two different logos, and then the user has a choice of which site they can go into.

I got an invite from you, just to clarify I'm a web designer not developer, so My final file would be a responsive ready to developed "PSD" file. I said as you mentioned above that the winner should develop the website with additional fees which as I said I just design and developing is not my job. Please let me know about it.
