Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

hi res art that can be used for website, print, letterhead, business card, brochure, and large banner marketing etc.

The business name is Kitchen & Beyond. We sell kitchen & bathroom cabinets, granite counter tops, flooring, sinks, faucets, & furo soaking tubs. We are located on the Big Island of Hawaii, Hilo side. I am not looking for a logo that contains images of kitchens, cabinets etc. I would prefer a logo that is unique and interesting to look at, something that draws you in and demands a second look. I like clean and uncluttered type of logos.

I would like something that would look good on a shirt, hat, side of truck. A logo that is recognizable, and would be the beginning of our company branding.

Some of my favorite logos would be the mercedez Benz, Toyota, playstation, apple, ripcurl.

We are on an island, surrounded by surf, sun, waves, an active volcano, bamboo etc. Not that these items need to be used... I have seen many logos here that look like clipart of waves, plumerias etc, and they all kind of look the same. I like clean graphic lines. You could use the K & B, but I have not seen anything great with these letters so far. I am envisioning something more along the lines of a cool design with the company name "Kitchen & Beyond" along with "Cabinets, Granite, Flooring" (our main products) underneath, to the side or something...

The owner is a Chinese girl who has the chinese sign of a Dragon. She epitomizes the idea of a dragon, so this might be something to work with, and have a sort of hidden meaning for her also??

I am looking for something edgy with flair, not blocked, rigid design. I would especially like to see something creative done with the text... not a standard font in a straight rigid line.

If you incorperate a dragon into the design, it would be great to have his tail, etc tied into the text.
